"25 plus years with State Farm’s and about 10 with Nate. When is the only time you need these guys? When the storm hits. I had to go through this painful process cause of a hail storm in late spring. The agent Nate is nothing more than an extension of corporate even though we pay him to help get damage covered and talk sense into corporate! Nate has absolutely no pull what so ever with them. He is rude and condescending when you question him as to why something has been done. His demeanor can go from zero to 100 in second.
